Once again leading the way in York’s dance music scene Prognosis launch Hed Funked on October 30th in conjunction with the North’s Premier DJ agency Spinback UK and ReCreation, York Uni’s DJ society.

Taking place in the plush surroundings of the newly refurbished ‘Grapes’ bar, the focus is sexy, funky house with a bit of sleaze thrown in. DJs will include Gilly and Butch D from Spinback UK, Simon McEvoy, Rod Fry and Jack Mullen from Prognosis plus guest slots from the ReCreation DJs as well as involvement from all the usual York suspects. With these sort of lineups quality house music is guaranteed, as is the friendly funky vibe of classic Prognosis event.

Also, with free entry, a licenced bar until midnight plus a whole host of drinks offers there is really no reason to miss out, perfect to catch a bit of quality music before getting wasted to cheese at the Gallery... See you all down there!
